About this apartment rental
Modern apartment (50m2 & 21m2 balcony) near Taoro Park. An ideal base for a hiking or relaxing holiday by the pool o. Beach.
This large apartment (50 square meters) and the terrace (20 square meters to the garden) are newly renovated and tastefully fitted.
A comfortable sitting area overlooking the garden is the focal point of the apartment. The living and sleeping areas are separated by a wall or sliding glass door.
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, cooker with ceramic hob and oven, dishes, glasses etc.
It is an open "American Kitchen".
In the living area there is a bookcase, a couch and a dresser with TV, has saved which Spanish and German television and radio programs.
The dining table with modern chairs located vis á vis overlooking the garden. The dining area is designed for 3 people, but can be extended up to 6 people, if the weather is too cold in the evening, sit Outside.
In the rear is the bedroom, which can be separated by a glass sliding door to the field of television broadcasting.
The bathroom has a shower, toilet, wash basin, mirror and ample closet space.

Apartamento ideal para pasar unos días en Puerto De la Cruz .
Localización perfecta , tanto para poder ir andando al centro como para coger el coche y poder visitar la isla .
El apartamento es tal y como muestran mas fotos , amplio limpio y tiene de todo.
Los propietarios muy atentos . Muchas gracias , sin duda volvería a alojarme en este apartamento .

Wir hatten für 10 Tage diese komfortable und super eingerichtete Ferienwohnung gebucht. Das Navi führte uns fehlerfrei nach Puerto und der uns angegebene Kontakt erklärte uns schon wenige Minuten später alles Wissenswerte zur Wohnung und dem Haus. Sehr angenehm der vorhandene Fahrstuhl !
Auch wenn die Aussicht auf eine Abbruchruine nicht so toll ist, die sich dort inzwischen eingefundene Natur war spannend zu beobachten. Wir haben gut geschlafen, die super ausgestattete Küche insbesondere während der Corona-bedingten Ausgangssperre intensiv genutzt und ansonsten den sehr großen und schön sonnigen Balkon genossen. Gerne kommen wir wieder !

Wir haben ein schönes, sauberes , gepflegtes und helles Appartement vorgefunden. Alles war so wie es beschrieben war und auf den Bildern aussah. Die Küche war super ausgestattet und da wir viel kochen hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben am Nachmittag die sonnige Terrasse mit Blick in den Garten genossen. Auch der Pool mit seinem auf ständig auf 26 Grad geheiztem Wasser hat uns täglich zum Schwimmen animiert.
Der Kontakt zu unserem Vermieter war sehr herzlich. Wir hatten einen super Urlaub und kommen gern wieder. Viele Grüße

Nous avons apprécié à notre arrivée l'accueil très chaleureux de Mme Brand.
L'appartement est très confortable et lumineux, très bien équipé en tout point, dans un environnement calme. La description des lieux correspond parfaitement à ce que nous avons trouvé à notre arrivée.
Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié la situation proche du centre ville à pied et centrale par rapport aux lieux de promenade de Ténérife.
Je recommande cet appartement; nous y avons séjourné deux semaines et serions bien restés un peu plus.
