The 'Residence La Chiripa' is located in a tropical garden on the hill in Puerto San Fernando district. In the apartments you can easily use your own laptop to access the Internet for free!
For the 6 floors 2 lifts are available. The complex includes a large, heated pool in winter, a beautiful sun terrace with sufficient chairs.
2 tennis courts / trainers are also available that can be used for a fee.
Even table tennis fans can rejoice, but please bring your racket.
In the immediate vicinity there are several shops where you get daily fresh bread, food, fresh fruits and vegetables and newspapers (for self)
Vis a vis are 2 restaurants, where you can eat or enjoy on the terrace or in a beautiful garden z. B. fresh cocktails.
The green, botanical Taoro Park is ideal for walking or jogging.

Everything was perfect, exept wifi was a bit unstable.

Apartment is nice, has nice terrace and pool. Located quite a way up, so be prepared for a hike. Owner was not able to obtain a parking spot in the unit - parking nearby is HORRIBLE. I spent close to an hour driving around on at least two occasions to find a spot that was within a few minutes walk.

The apartment with its huge terrace (sunshine in afternoons) was good with all necessary equipments. The only problem was the unstable Wi-Fi, which I unluckily didn’t check beforehand.
The location of the apartment is on a hill with steep slopes and lots of stairs and that’s why you have to be quite fit, rent a car or use a taxi.
Communication with the owner was very fluent, got answers right away always I asked something.
