Great place, big and comfortable. Everything worked. Very responsive hostess. nice views.

Boiler is a bit slow., so you have to wait a long time for water.

Excellent view where you can see mountains and sea. The size was great. For big family. Had lots of equipment to use- did not have to buy bin bags, cleaning stuff etc

The access road was not very wide. Tricky to turn and park the car.

Communication with Isabel was excellent in all areas. The house is on one level with 3 large bedrooms, large lounge, dining room and kitchen. The bathroom was of good size also. There is an en suite in one bedroom. Isabel provided towels, bed linen and any advice such as it was best to use the taxis which are very cheap. The house is in an elevated position and gave us great views of Mount Tiede, the hills, the whole town and the sea beyond. Using taxis to come back from the town helped the knees no end! There is a great outdoors to the property with two seating areas and a rooftop also.

Not much to dislike. If you use a hire car you can park it in the garage but the space to turn in the lane is very tight. Just be careful. Also don't expect a modern IKEA house...the decor is older but spotlessly clean

The owners were pleasant and helpful and brought us fresh oranges and bananas on arrival.

We had an ant invasion in the kitchen on arrival for which we had to use chemical spray twice. We had issues with the shower which was constantly turning cold. We had a broken electric stove, which burnt everything on two plates. We had a broken kettle and one bedroom had a hole in a ceiling light which let in a draft all night.
