First of all, Ingrid is an incredibly welcoming and caring host. You can really see that she puts a lot of heart and attention into everything she does. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had absolutely everything we needed for a comfortable stay. What we especially appreciated were all the little thoughtful details. There were clothes pegs, a drying rack that could be moved to the balcony to dry swimsuits, a beach umbrella, toilet paper for the first days, hand soap, and even a bottle of water waiting for us on the table. These little things may seem simple, but after a long journey and a flight, they are incredibly pleasant and useful. There was also some coffee, tea and sugar in the kitchen cupboard, so we didn’t have to immediately run to the supermarket. We could simply arrive, make ourselves a coffee and relax. Such a lovely touch! Ingrid also thought about practical things, such as providing a food container for leftovers. The kitchen itself is very well equipped — there are plenty of knives, a grater, cookware and even a glass baking dish for the oven. You can easily cook a proper meal, keep the leftovers in the fridge and simply heat them up later. The bed was very comfortable, and we slept really well. The large sheet was also a great detail — there was plenty of it for two people, so nobody had to worry about being cold during the night. And the balcony deserves a special mention! The view is absolutely incredible. In the evening, you can sit outside, look at the beautiful lights and simply enjoy the atmosphere. And in the morning, the birds sing so beautifully! Honestly, waking up to those birds is one of the little things that makes this place special. 🥰 The location is also very convenient. There is free public parking nearby, about a five-minute walk from the apartment. In the evenings, when we came back, we always managed to find a free parking space.

Die Strecke vom Zentrum zur Unterkunft ist ein wenig anstrengend.

Großes Parkplatzproblem, es wäre besser ohne Auto diese Wohnung zu mieten, aber das ist der einzige Nachteil.

A very comfortable, well-equipped and spacious studio apartment with an open outlook. In a good location about 20 minutes from the centre of Puerto de la Cruz. A friendly, attentive and helpful host.

Nothing particularly disagreeable springs to mind! Perhaps some instructions on how to operate the remote for the television might have been useful!
