This elegant 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home comfortably accommodates up to six guests with one king bed and two queen beds. It comes fully equipped for a carefree stay, including linens, bath and pool towels, cooking basics, high-speed fiber-optic Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, air conditioning in all bedrooms, a washer and dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen. Weekly housekeeping is included for longer stays.
The private pool overlooks the jungle and mountains, offering a tranquil spot to unwind in total privacy. Please note that the villa and pool are built on elevated steel piers — supervision of children is essential, and the pool is not recommended for non-swimmers as it has no shallow end.
A 4×4 vehicle is recommended to reach the villa, though local taxis are readily available around the clock. Rates are based on up to four guests, with an additional fee for the fifth and sixth.

Amazing house with views that are breathtaking. Excellent house layout for three friends. Property management contacts were very accessible and always willing to provide answers to our questions. They are so friendly and willing to help. We highly recommend this property!

Moneys, the view, the Iguanas - all so cool. The short hike to the waterfall was amazing!! Keep the sliding glass doors closed unless you really like bugs. Great pool. Kitchen has everything you need to cook - just bring your spices. Theres plenty of coffee in the home and multiple grocery stores just down the hill in town. If dining out, Eat at Emilio's Cafe - so good. We did dinner and breakfast there - also has a great view of the ocean. The washer and dryer was nice since we stayed here in the middle/end of our 8 days. Beds were all comfortable and everyone had their own bathroom.

Great view, pool/open kitchen area is fabulous. We cooked at home several nights and also opted for a local chef - this house is wonderful. Location is private and there’s plenty of wildlife. We saw squirrel monkeys, a sloth and tons of birds including toucans. The main area is a little warm but the bedrooms have A/C. We Would recommend this property.
