Property was very clean. Well attended and close to must attractions by car.

Laundry service was unexpected. Water pressure was low. Location was great, though road was rough getting there. Amenities awesome. Loved the privacy. Comfy beds. Good AC. Kitchen had good amount of stuff to work with. Would def book here again with the family.

We enjoyed our stay here, everything was clean and as described. Jordan and the staff were super responsive and can help with anything you need like laundry, tips on what to do, ordering food, and housekeeping. Sitting on the balcony in the morning drinking coffee and watching the surrounding wildlife and birds was nice. We were hoping for some monkeys but didn't see any. A couple macaws came and landed on the balcony which was very cool to see. Pretty much everything we wanted to do in Manuel Antonio or Quepos was a 5 - 15 minute drive.

The home is nice and clean but not a peaceful vacation due to the constant construction, hammering, and power outages. We almost rented a home down the road and were contacted by the homeowner offering us a discount due to construction noises. I did not know this home was one street over and had 2 new homes being built on both sides so there was constant hammering, large trucks up and down the hill, loud music being played by the construction crews, saws loudly operating from 6am until 9pm every day (even Sunday). I would avoid renting this home until the construction nextdoor is completed.
