About this house rental

Our quiet holiday house is ideally suited for families and couples who want a typical Spanish environment to spend their holidays. The house has a patio that can be used throughout the year. In summer, the Mediterranean vegetation provides shade,, in winter the sun shines in all day long! The living and dining area is comfortably furnished, has satellite TV, wifi, and a fireplace for cozy winter evenings. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped: washing machine, dishwasher and all modern kitchen appliances. On the first floor there are two bedrooms and bathrooms. One of them has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, the other bedroom has two single beds and a separate bathroom. On the second floor there is a protected roof terrace with stunning sea views. A wonderful place for an extended siesta! All rooms face south, so that light and heat come into the house. The spacious garden has a large swimming pool with pools of different depths. Your children will want to spend the entire day the!

Wow! We absolutely loved our stay here. The villa is cozy and comfortable- we felt so at home here. It was spacious enough for two adults and two teens. The views were lovely and we loved the garden and pool. Our hosts were so gracious and gave us some great recommendations. We really enjoyed the location and were able to either take the bus, walk, or drive to Old Town or the beach areas. Marbella is beautiful and it was also easy to get around (with a rental car) to visit other places- such as Tarifa and Seville. A wonderful trip! Thank you so much, Miguel and Tanja!

I can’t say enough about this stay - starting months ago Tanja and I texted with my questions. She was always very responsive and by the time we arrived we felt so comfortable with her and Miguel. From meeting us at the property to suggestions in dining and things to do, they were amazing! Even bringing by a cake for a birthday we were celebrating.The house was just like the pictures and description. Very charming and well stocked with everything we needed. We ate dinners on the patio and spent evenings watching the sunset from the rooftop deck. We really enjoyed the updated kitchen and bathrooms.The location is in a residential neighborhood which we liked as it was quiet. It’s a bit of a walk to town but there is a bus station and taxi stand just a 10 minute walk away, a nice grocery store and bakery also a short walk from the house.Miguel gave us a ride back to the bus station when we left. They are excellent hosts!

We stayed at this villa from October 1-7 2024. Tanja and Miguel could not have been more welcoming or gracious. The property is fantastic. It is equipped with everything you might need. It is comfortable and beautiful. I hated to leave it, honestly. We could have happily stayed much longer if I didn't have to go back to work! Moreover, the weather gods smiled on us and it was hot and sunny every day. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Where do you start when you review this outstanding property? The communications by email, whatsapp etc are amazing. I am a bit of a worry bug so I asked probably more questions than need be but always had fast and friendly replies. 10 out of 10 there. Once there, both Tanja and her husband helped our cab driver to find the house over the phone. Always available, always super helpful. 10 out of 10 again. The house. The home I should say. WOW. We have rented many many houses, apartments, gone to 5 star hotels. Nothing to touch this. The pictures here do not do this home justice. Courtyard filled with greenery and bougainvillea, lounge with a brand new large smart TV and comfy sofa and chairs, kitchen fully equipped..Beautiful knicknacks modern and traditional all blending in a zen like stylish setting.Bedrooms with state of the art cooling fans which are actually cooler than aircon without the discomfort of aircon (so good we have actually bought the same fan for our home in UK)! 10 out of 10 is not enough... The pool was fabulous too, with kid section and deeper for adults. Grounds BEAUTIFULLY maintained. Finally the attention to detail, kindness and generosity of our hosts (even helping us on last day as taxi was late) was out of this world. These holidays were a true success, 80% of which is due to Tanja, Miguel and their beautiful home. We will never forget their welcome and extra mile kindness. You MUST book this if you can, it is a truly exceptional experience.

This is a beautiful, well appointed and cozy house in a quiet residential neighbourhood. It is just as attractive in real as the photos on the Vrbo website depict. The hosts, Tanja and Miguel, are amazing people - kind, thoughtful and supportive. We could not have been more happy with our choice for this five week vacation. We certainly hope to come back here some day..

Spend fantastic 4 weeks at this lovely townhouse. Great and sensitive hosts. Waited for us at the main bus terminal in Marbella upon arrival and took us back at the end of our stay. Excellent and beautiful location within a gated community, the mountains on one side and a view of the Mediterranean from our 3rd floor patio. Easy and short walk to the local supermarket. Walk to the old city part, Blvd. and beach, all downhill, took about 20 mins. Little bit of a challenge walking back uphill, however local bus #2 stop only several minutes from our door step. Only used it a few times on very warm days. Nominal fee of 1.18 euros per person. Miguel and Tanja are an absolutely charming couple , discreet but always available for advice or suggestions. Our time spend at their lovely place could not have been anymore relaxing . It felt like home away from home. It will be our great pleasure to recommend this vacation home to family and friends alike. We certainly plan on returning. Miguel and Tanja, thank again for this wonderful experience.

Great hosts. Beautiful property in a safe and convenient location- close to the bus station, large supermarket, walks in the Sierra Blanca and a pleasant 20 minute walk to the town centre and beach. The house was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The roof terrace was great for a spot of sun bathing and the shaded front courtyard was ideal for al fresco dinning. We definitely recommend this property and will return very soon.

The house had everything we needed to enjoy our stay . The roof terrace with it's sea view and overlooking the well kept gardens surrounding the swimming pool was great . We enjoy self-catering in addition to dining out and this area of Marbella provided for both needs . Our hosts were very discreet but available for any help we required and were a charming couple to meet . We did not have a car so access by foot and/or public transport were essential . The proximity of the bus station was a bonus but access by foot to the beachfront and the town , both old and new , was convenient . If the opportunity arises we would be delighted to stay at this house in Marbella and to renew acquaintance with Tanja and Miguel . Barry and Veronica Wrightson

Admittedly it was January, so we we decided not to use the huge swimming pool in the middle of the complex but the house has everything you could possibly want and need It's very comfortable, well equipped and a short drive from the centre of Marbella. We hired a car on Tanjas recommendation and we found it useful to see the surrounding area. Highlights for us were Ronda, Malaga and Mijas Pueblo. We had family staying in Puerto Banus whilst we were there so they were only 15mins away by car. The villa was really well located for us as it meant we could see the family easily and yet still have our own space. We didnt go to the beaches as the pool was enough for us and we later discovered there are a lot of jellyfish on the coast at the moment so be careful especially if you have small children. We had a great time and its very possible we maybe back. Thank you very much for making us feel so welcome.

We have just returned from a lovely week in Marbella. The house if anything is even nicer than the photos look and the property feels more like a home with character than a holiday let. The double bedroom is ensuite and a comfortable bed with 2 singles in the other bedroom. Pretty much everything you could you wish to have access to in the property is there and as parents of a 20 month year old they kindly set up a cot and high chair plus have tons of toys. The pool is lovely and has different depth areas and the garden gets all day sunshine but is also shaded. The pool was quiet and was rarely used. Within a day you get your bearings and there is a big supermarket nearby that sells everything and the old town/beach is walkable in around 30 minutes but the No 2 bus is every 30 minutes and drops you off right next to the main area. There are full details at the property of bus times and the bus stop is 2 mins away. As pram pushes we found the bus and walk not an issue and the main bus depot/taxi station is a 10 minutes walk We are highly likely to go back which is probably says it all! We mainly ate in the Old Town and didn’t have a bad meal but off the main Plaza are cheaper eats in the adjacent side streets (just not ideal for toddlers).

Super house with a little garden to eat in and open plan downstairs. Two bedrooms with one set up for kids. The pool is really close to the house so is great for the kids to get to. We didn't really go into Marbella much but went to local beaches that are good for kids. There is also a massive shopping centre about a ten minute drive away so if you forget anything you're sorted!

We spent 5 nights there in April and enjoyed it. The house has everything you need and is very clean and well kept. The owners live at the back of the house and will help you with anything you need, lovely people. The complex is lovely and very well maintained. Its a good way out from Marbella centre so you need to use the bus. The local bus stop is 2 mins away and the main bus terminal 10 mins. It took us a lot of understanding and we got lost, luckily the owner helped next day and showed us the bus stops there and back, so i would suggest anyone going gets to grips with the buses before venturing out.

We were very happy with our accommodations in this property. It is as described with ample parking, close to supermarkets, walking distance to some. The Marbella bus station is about 8 minutes walking distance where taxis are available at all hours, convenient when you don't want to walk or drive to the old city and adjacent sea front. Miguel and Tanya were the perfect hosts making sure we were always comfortable. They gave us many good tips on the area. We discovered some hill towns and other points of interest that made our trip extremely interesting. Stay here and you will be very happy with your decision.

This property is a real home from home, and Tanja and her husband made us feel very welcome. They were on hand to help and answer any questions - but made us feel like we could make ourselves very comfortable during our stay. The roof is a real highlight for sunbathers, as it's completely private. The pool is clean, private and really big. Marbella is a 25 minute walk to old town, but staying just outside the centre meant it was very quiet and residential. There is a big supermarket nearby, and a big kitchen and two eating spaces, outside and in. We both felt very safe, and the house is well equipped with everything for children and very clean. Can't recommend it enough. Not many english channels on tv so you may need to bring your entertainment. Would love to return. Jennifer

Property excellent and just as desribed. Extremely clean and well maintained. Lovely quiet pool and gardens in peacefull area. The owners Tanya and Miguel were very helpful and frequently checked that everything was OK. The house has everything you need.There is a nice courtyard at the front of the property where you can sit and relax or have your meal and a lovely terrace on the 2nd floor of the house with very comfortable sun beds and a beautiful view of the sea. The house is about 25 minutes walk from the old town where there is a lovely ambiance and a lot of restaurants to choose from. Would not hesitate to recommend this property to friends or relatives.

My partner and I stayed in this beautiful Spanish villa for 7 weeks from the beginning of November through to the early part of December 2015. What a fantastic place. First, the villa is well situated being in a quiet residential area and yet only 2 kilometres from Marbella which is in easy reach via local bus service (less than a minute walk). Views from the roof terrace of Marbella and the sea and behind the property the mountains, with the famous ‘La Concha’. Walking distance to the local supermarkets and tennis club. The villa is beautifully appointed, tastefully furnished; from all kitchen equipment to bedding and towels all garden furniture in the patio garden to sun loungers on the roof terrace. Super-clean, well maintained and newly refurbished. In fact, anything that you could ever want, giving it a huge home from home feel. The villa is not only perfect but is in a wonderful garden setting with central pool surrounded by palm, avocado and lemon trees. Lastly the welcome given by the owners, Tanja and Miguel, was unsurpassed. Nothing was too much trouble and we even did some local walks in the mountains together!! I would thoroughly recommend a stay in this villa, you would not be disappointed it has something for everyone, peaceful setting plus the close proximity of Marbella and all that it has to offer. What a wonderful place.

Had a fantastic holiday in this gorgeous house. It was exactly as described and more, spotless clean, spacious and had everything you could possibly need to enjoy a great holiday, especially the roof top terrace with loungers and the gorgeous terrace. There is a supermaket about 5 mins walk away which is very reasonable for stocking up on supplies. You can walk to the Old Town in about 10 / 15 mins, and the beach in about 20 mins, or there is a regular bus service. Couldn't have asked for a warmer welcome from Miguel the owner, who was more then helpful. Would definetely recommend this property to friends and family. Already planning our return!!

Wir waren jetzt bereits das zweite Mal in dieser tollen Wohnung! Es war wieder alles super. Entspanntes ein und auschecken, super saubere und sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Die geschlossene Terrasse sorgt für Privatsphäre und der Pool in der Anlage ist echt genial. Ich hatte diesen jeden morgen vor dem Frühstück ganz für mich alleine. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen 😀

Super dejlig ferie. Tanja og Miguel er det sødeste værtspar. Meget imødekommende og klar til at hjælpe med enten spørgsmål eller gode tips. Poolen ligger lige udenfor døren og har nem tilgængelighed og tagterrassen har fantastisk udsigt. Vi kunne sagtens have været blevet en uge til og er bestemt en anbefaling værd.

Die Wohnanlage im andalusischen Stil mit herrlicher Poollandschaft und schönem Garten macht das ganze perfekt. Han sido una estancia genial. Tanya es muy simpática y ha hecho que todo sea fácil y agradable, muy buena comunicación con ella. El apartamento súper limpio , nuy bonito y con muchos detalles, tiene todo lo necesario y mucho mas. Con una terracita arriba y un patio abajo con sombra. La urbanización es un pequeño paraiso, con la piscina en el centro, las flores, etc, todo muy, muy cuidado. Te despiertas por la mañana con el sonido del agua, el olor de las flores y las vistas preciosas. Además está muy bien situado, un supermercado Mercadona muy cerca, en la entrada una zona de aparcamiento y si coges el coche todo está muy cerca, es un lugar estratégico para visitar toda la costa hacia Cadiz o hacia Malaga. Sin duda lo recomiendo 100%.

House was beautiful, very clean and tidy. The location of tho house couldn't be better: you could walk to the supermarket in only 5 minutes, bus station was also just two minutes by foot, and city center, old town and beach were also nearby. The house also had a beautiful Pool, that's perfect for children, but also for adults. The people, especially the lessor were really nice and always helpful, always giving us very recommendations for restaurants or other places. Also, there is a very good restaurant only five minutes by foot from the house that was really good and not expensive. Also, the weather was incredible and we could always go hiking in the mountains, which are beautiful. The lessors also recommended us on which routes to walk and where the best views were. Well, long story short: probably the best vacation ever, definitely coming back.
