About this house rental
Gorgeous home with private pool and walking distance from the beach! Located in the safest neighborhood in the area: Barrio Ricos y Famosos, it is family-friendly and the perfect place to relax! The home also comes with bikes for your use!
There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, as to comfortably accommodate a family of up to 9 people. Exceptions can be made for large families.
The whole home is comfortably equipped with air conditioning (AC) and high speed internet 100MBs+. There is an Alexa and flatscreen smart TVs, as to not miss your favorite music and shows!
As for outside, there is a private pool, large grill BBQ, rancho, full bathroom, hammocks, and gardens! Relax outside as Scarlet Macaws and tropical birds fly above, or catch an Iguana sunbathing.
Any stay with us includes full concierge services and local guidance in the area! We have discounts of tours and adventures in the area, and can create the perfect itinerary for you! Adventures we recommend:
- White-Water rafting (family friendly / adrenaline)
- Zip-line into the jungle to waterfalls and ATV
- Private catamaran tour and snorkel in coral
- Mangrove boat tour where monkeys join you
- Skydive or paraglide over the beach
- Horseback riding in the jungle and the beach
We also assist with transportation, private shuttle, car rental, golf cart rental, bike rentals, and more!
- We have electric car rentals (NEW!), and the home has an EV charger and solar panels! There are charging stations all over the country, great way to truly experience a green vacation!

House was in a nice neighborhood about .5 miles from Jaco beach. The house had wonderful outdoor area with a pool, outdoor bathroom with a shower that looked like a very recent remodel. Washer and dryer were a bonus since we’d been in Costa Rica 9 day adventure tour. Thanks Diana we had a wonderful time in your house.

Property was in a great neighborhood within walking or biking distance to the downtown and beach. The pool is a must for those hot afternoons. Overall great experience.
