Overall its a nice property with a beautiful beachfront and spacey pool.
When we arrived, the property manager had not sent our info for security clearance to let us in, when I tried reaching them via whatsapp at around 3:15-3:30pm, NO ONE ANSWERED. It was only after a while that we got clearance, this reflects bad on the property managers. We lost power for a couple hours and water service was interrupted (each on separate occasions). I would ask the staff to leave out more essentials like one or two extra toilet papers, specially when one is staying 4 night’s with children. Some kitchen utilities are kissing, i.e the coffee maker was missing the filter.
