5. Keys & Parking Passes: Lost items can be replaced for $125.
6. Rest Easy: The city allows three guests per bedroom, so everyone has plenty of space to unwind.

The house was a duplex which i was unaware of it appered to be an individual house although it wasnt bad. Very quiet and friendly neighborhood. The location was perfect was with in walking distance to the beach. We enjoyed our stay would definitely go back.

Pros: Cute, great location. Floors, beds, bathrooms, countertops, clean. Cons: Basic Maintenance issues. Inadequate hot water. Shower hot water water ran out before could rinse out shampoo. Called management and they sent a plumber out right away. Bathtub/shower hardware from the 70s and parts had to be ordered. Plumber assured me an issue in only one of the two bathrooms, to use the other one and I'd likelybe fine.Next morning second shower conked out before could rinse my head. Washed my hair in the sink for the duration of my stay. After a two days of this, management decided I could leave if I wanted to and be reimbursed for days not used. Ultimately decided not to take up precious vacation time moving. Also, dirty coffee pot with hot plate of coffee maker cracked and totally rusted. Never seen anything like it. A real fire hazard. Non stick pots had holes in the non stick. Management super responsive on this, and reimbursed me 100 which I did not ask for and replaced the pots. Thank you. Bedroom closet had cleaning supplies covering the floor. Management offered to send someone over to clean, but after the plumber did not want more maintenance during my vacation.I appreciated fast management response, but 30 minutes of basic inspection beforehand would have uncovered all these before I got there. It wasn't just one thing. These issues would not be acceptable in a hotel at the same price point, why should they be in a VBRO? Spent hard earned money.
