Stay at this comfortable North End duplex and enjoy a short 300 ft walk to the beach at 84th street. It is on the ocean side of Atlantic Ave so no need to cross a busy street. Spend your Summer vacation days basking in the sun, splashing in the ocean, or watching the dolphins frolic. It is ideal for a group of friends, couples, or small families. Also perfect for an off season getaway, military transition, temporary corporate housing, or visiting family in the area. We hope you'll bring your dogs! This is a brand new listing for 2018, but check out all the great reviews on the other half of this duplex (listing 568748). Entire house freshly painted in May 2018.
This one story duplex style home has lots of character, is super cheerful, and adorably decorated with beach and mermaid themed artwork throughout. Equipped with Verizon Fios Gigabit Internet so you can stay connected to all of your devices! You will have reserved driveway parking for two cars.
Living room has brand new comfortable leather sofa and leather chair with an ottoman, 50 inch wall mounted flat screen Smart TV with Verizon Fios Preferred TV package. DVD/Blu-Ray player with large selection of movies available for your use.
Kitchen has refrigerator, microwave, and stove/oven. Also has full size stackable washer and dryer. Lots of other amenities like Keurig single cup coffee brewer, Mr. Coffee coffee maker, blender, toaster, dishes, silverware, barware, pots and pans, etc. Kitchen table seats 4.
Bathroom has tiled walk in shower and pedestal style sink.
First bedroom has queen bed with brand new linens each season. Bedroom has a 32 inch Smart TV with Verizon Fios Preferred TV package. Second bedroom has twin beds with brand new linens each season. Twin beds can be pushed together to form king sized bed if desired. There are beds to accommodate 4, but up to 6 maximum occupancy if you want to use portable crib, air mattress, or the sofa.
Breezy screened in porch with overhead bistro lighting contains a loveseat and 2 chairs to seat up to 4 people. Front yard is completely fenced. There are two adirondack chairs and a gas grill (propane tank provided) in the front deck/patio area There is also an outdoor shower in the backyard with hot/cold water available for your use.
Did we mention we welcome your dogs? We don't want to leave ours when we travel either so we even provide a bed, dog bowls, and a fully stocked treat jar for your four legged friend!
The home is in the quiet and relaxing North End section of the Virginia Beach resort area, with access to the beach a very short walk away. If you're looking for more action the Boardwalk Resort area is a little over 3 miles away with great restaurants and family friendly activities. The Virginia Beach Convention Center is about 6 miles away.
In addition to the beach, be sure to check out the dog friendly hiking/biking trails at nearby First Landing State Park, local golf courses, the Virginia Aquarium, shopping, and great music venues. Colonial Williamsburg, Prime Outlets, and Busch Gardens/Water Country USA are only an hour away.

The home was absolutely charming and comfortable for our stay! Kitchen had pots, pans, etc to allow cooking for small meals! The neighborhood was extremely quiet and cozy. We were very pleased with our and look forward to possibly booking again in the summer!!!!

Great place to stay! My family and I have stayed here multiple times. It's clean and located close to the beach which is perfect for taking our dog on walks. The host even provided snacks for us and a toy for our dog!
