This 1000+ sq ft., 2-Bed/2-Bath oceanfront condo is located on the Boardwalk on 36th Street and Atlantic Ave and has an outdoor pool. Admire the unobstructed ocean views from the spacious living/dining areas, fully-equipped kitchen and master bedroom. Watch the dolphins from the Oceanfront balcony.
Condo amenities include: inground community pool, Wi-Fi throughout the entire building, coin-operated laundry facilities on each floor, 2 elevators, a spacious open parking lot that accommodates large vehicles.
Smoking is not allowed in the condo, balconies, breezeways or elevators. Pets are not allowed. We furnish the linens (sheets and towels) comforters/bed spreads, mattress pads, pillows, blankets.

The view here was great! This property was perfect. My spouse worked while we visited and the wifi connection never dropped and he worked where he had a great view of the ocean which made work much more tolerable. I mostly prefer to cook versus eating out and everything I needed was available. There was no lack of dishes or silverware. I definitely would stay here again.

This unit is very clean, nicely furnished, and has a fantastic view! It’s located in the north end of VA Beach, so it’s a little quieter which we liked. One bedroom with 2 double beds faces the front, and the king bedroom is on the ocean side. Dunkin’ is about a minute walk just down the street which was very convenient. The office in the lobby always had an employee or security guard on duty. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the kitchen counters, toilets, and the bathtubs. Overall, I would stay here again. Margie at Berkshire Hathaway was great to work with.
