Staff was courteous. Our unit was clean for the most part. The building and accommodations are seen accurately on website photos. Not sure about the "luxury" aspect of this property.
We were able to walk or take the trolley wherever we wanted to go. Parking garage is a block away.

All in all, our vacation was good. The condo worked for our group. The check-in process was fine but we had to wait for more than an hour before our room was ready, and we arrived after the scheduled check-in time. Also, some coordination in the pull-up/drop-off would have been helpful as there were cars just parked blocking people (and me) from unloading the luggage and such for the trip -- check-out was better in this regard with a person out directing traffic.

I read some mixed reviews about this property so I went into it not knowing what to expect. Location was PRIME, pools were great. Suite was clean and as described. Lots of activities for family and kids. The valet service was cheap and on point, and all the hotel staff were super nice and accommodating. I would definitely return! This was an awesome family vacation spot.
