OVERVIEW:
Welcome. This two (2) bedroom, two (2) bathroom luxury condominium comfortably accommodates four people. This unit is spacious, encompassing just over 1,700 square feet. As the condominium is subject to being rented out by real estate agents and other vendors, to be sure of rental availability, please contact us for rates, rental specials and scheduling.
This third floor unit has three (3) balconies which provide mountain views as well as views of both swimming pools. The condominium is competitively priced in a very desirable location. Restaurants, the beach, gymnasium and many activities are within easy walking distance. The unit is completely furnished with amenities that include the following: private balconies for each bedroom; two (2) swimming pools with Jacuzzi; barbecue area; solid wood cabinets; recessed lighting; flat screen TV; free wifi; cable TV; central air conditioning; and washer and dryer. The Master Bedroom has a king size bed; bathroom; personal security safe; walk in shower with dual shower heads; and flat screen TV. The Guest Bedroom has a queen size bed; full bathroom with shower and flat screen TV. The complex is gated and secured 24 hours a day with a guard and security cameras. The condominium also provides a concierge service to help you prior to and during your vacation stay. The concierge can assist with most any service including tours, airport transfers and any other personal support you may need. In addition, there is beautiful lush landscaping within the Monaco complex.
The small city of Jaco is the perfect destination to explore Costa Rica. Many tours and outdoor activities are readily available making this a perfect base for exploring nearby beaches and attractions.
In terms of convenience and saving money, the condominium is perfect because no car is needed. Restaurants, bicycle rentals, stores, nightclubs and beaches are all within walking distance.
An onsite office provides for simple and easy check in and check out. Upon arrival, a security deposit is collected and is returned upon check out. If you are interested in reserving this condominium, the owners are readily available to answer questions and will respond to your inquiry very quickly.

Excellent accommodation. Very clean, nice view. Very secure, guards help you with unloading from your car. Management provides cleaning service about once in 3 days. Place is very close to the beach or you can relax near 2 swimming pools inside. Very convenient car parking. I was very satisfied with this location

This condo was absolutely immaculate! There was SO much space. The entire condo is beautiful and very well-appointed. The kitchen comes with absolutely everything you could possibly need to have lovely meals. But the condo is right in Jaco. So why cook? Visit one of the dozens of fabulous local eateries within 30 seconds walk of the condo. The pool is sparkling and very inviting, but the beach is one block away and there is stunning! The bathrooms in this condo are huge! And there are always plenty of towels for both bathing AND the beach. We will absolutely 100% be coming back here in the future!
