4. Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited on the property.
If any of these house rules are broken, you and your group may be subject to additional charges or be requested to vacate the property immediately without refund.

We were very disappointed with the response or lack of, to issues. On arrival the oven did not work. We made a complaint, received a response, made ourselves available for someone to look at the oven on the Thursday. It required a part which could be ordered from San Jose and would arrive on the Monday. That was week 1 and we would be back on track for the last 2 weeks. We were there 3 weeks with no access to an oven. As well, the listing indicated dishwasher, smoke detector and carbon monoxide detector. These items were not in the rental. Not having an oven had a significant impact on our vacation, changing our meal planning, grocery items and eating out far more that we had intended. Fried food for 3 weeks, to us was not only not appetizing, it was more costly. We will say the overall maintenance of the building and property were great. Very clean and very safe. The location was fantastic. We loved the pool and hot tub. The security personnel were very friendly and awesome to deal with. The location was great, easy access to the beaches, shopping, bakeries, restaurants and the freeways. Costa Rica is a beautiful and wonderful place to vacation. We loved Jaco, the people, the location, the weather, the access to everything. Beautiful! The lack of dealing with the issues, misrepresentation of the rental and lack of follow up, unfortunately does not bode well for a positive review. In 12 years of rentals, this is the first time we have had significant issues
