Good value for money

Booked this location for a wedding at Histria Aromatica and it is in a 15-20 min walking distance. Rooms are clean and it’s good value for money. While there are no real opportunities to get food in the area, we were lucky that the hotel right next to it offered an excellent food menu and coffee in the morning. As a winery, they also produced their own olive oil, prosciutto and olive bread and everything was just fantastic. The staff at the restaurant next door was also incredibly friendly, so we can highly recommend trying it out when staying there.

Très bel endroit mais aucun service…

La beauté de la bâtisse et la piscine. Le 2ème espace salon pour dormir.

1. Les odeurs nauséabondes dans la salle de bain. 2. Le ménage qui n’est pas fait tous les jours dans la chambre. 3. Pas de possibilité de prendre le petit déjeuner en extra alors que une partie des autres touristes peuvent le prendre sur le même lieu ! 4. Le lit de la 3ème personne qui n’était pas fait, alors que nous avons réservé pour 3 ! 5. Pas de cafetière pour se faire un café dans la chambre. 6. Même pas une bouteille d’eau. 7. Pas d’accueil à notre arrivée (alors que nous sommes arrivés à 20h00) ni au départ (alors que nous sommes partis à 10h00) …

Prachtig hotel op een rustige locatie om heerlijk tot rust te komen

Heerlijk rustige locatie, mooie kamers en lekker zwembad. Eigenaar is allervriendelijkst en relaxed.

In de directe omgeving is niet heel veel te doen (je kan wel perfect ontbijten, lunchen & dineren bij het aangrenzende wijnhuis). Het personeel van het bijbehorende wijnhuis en resort is wat ongemakkelijk.

Top accomodatie met heerlijk zwembad!

Super schoon appartement. Ruime kamers en badkamer. Zwembad ook echt top! Communicatie met de host was ook prima.

Het personeel bij het restaurant San Tomasso, wat zich bevind in hetzelfde pand, is zeer onvriendelijk en ongemakkelijk.

The building itself was beautiful! Pool was great and rooms very cosy and well equiped.

We found out at arrival that the building was separated in two different establishments. One was very expensive and the second one (the one we were in) was a bit less (it was wery great tho, no complain). Pool areas were therefore next to one another (with the same entrance/access) so you could wonder which one you must go to at first, until the owner explained that the right part was the expensive one and the left part was the less-expensive one (let's call them that).The fact is you could see the "expensive guests" just on the other side, enjoying green watered grass (when ours was dead sunburned) and expensive pool furniture. I didn't like that fact since it clearly makes you feel less important. This is only my opinion tho and it didn't spoil our stay. What did spoil our stay, was the water cut we had to bear for a complete day (so no shower, no drinking, no toilet..) and therefore had no choice but to leave and go find some facilities in the city.

The room was tidy and comfortable The pool very clean and not crowded Owner is welcoming and gave us recommendations for the visit The place is kept quite and exclusive, there are cats around with a lovely garden next to the property

The room smells humidity even if we let the windows open Met a random insect (with many feet) in the room 😭 You have to pay attention to the inobvious blockers for cars in the middle of the passage in order not to damage your car while parking

The room was comfortable, but you are dependent to drive to little towns nearby to eat as this room had no kitchen, nor basic plates/cutlery.
