De mooie uitstraling van het hotel/appartement als je rondom en in het gebouw kijkt
Dat we gedurende de gehele week maar 1x een nieuw setje handdoeken hebben gekregen en hier zelf om hebben moeten vragen, naar mijn gevoel nooit echt iemand aanwezig was en hierdoor niet echt een klik met de mensen heb gehad.
