About this apartment rental
New apartment on the ground floor of an independent villa in a calm and quiet place in the green, surrounded by a large garden (1800mq) with trees and charming. Spacious, clean and well kept, north- southwest exposure, with barbecue and verandah terrace well sheltered from the winds. In an ideal position close (10 min max on foot) to the beaches of the Marine de Sant Ambroggio, well placed between the two main cities of Ile-Rousse (12km) and Calvi (14km), just 600 meters away, you will find a convenience store , a pizzeria, bar and the CFC stop (it takes you to all our magnificent beaches or to Calvi or Ile-Rousse without having to take the car). At 800 meters you arrive directly at the Marine de Sant Ambroggio, where the delightful marina is located, two superb beaches, various shops, hairdresser, beauty salon, an absolutely delicious restaurant (Le Mille Sabords), the supervised swimming pool with sea view, tennis and boat and jet ski rental. Around there are many possibilities for pretty walks and mountain biking in nature. By car one can make escapades towards the many characteristic sites of Balagne, the forest of Bonifatu, the Sentier des Douaniers and all the small villages of the Route des Artisans, as well as with the little train of the Corsica Railway. A few minutes from the house there is the protected natural site called Punta Spanu with its fine sand creeks and its magnificent rocks and where you have a superb view of the entire Calvi bay.

Die Beschreibung der Wohnung trifft zu, mit der Ausnahme, dass der Backofen wärend unseres Aufenthaltes nicht funktioniert hat, was für uns aber kein Problem darstellte. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieter sind sehr angenehm, alles ist unkompliziert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Im großzügigen, mediteranen Park finden die Gäste bei fast jeder Wetterlage, Sonnenstand und Windrichtung einen angenehmen Platz. Während unseres Aufenthaltes ist uns zeitweise die Stille aufgefallen- kein Auto- oder Fluglärm, nur Naturgeräusche. Für uns war es ein Rückzugsort, gelangten aber mit dem Auto gut an Ausgangspunkte zu ausgegedehnten Wanderungen an Küste und im Gebirge. Ein Platz an der Felsenküste direkt am Meer entwickelte sich zu unserem Lieblingsplatz, der in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar war.

Appartement situé dans le rez de chaussé d'une maison individuelle. L'appartement est très fonctionnel et possède une terrasse privative parfaite pour petit déjeuner repas et apéritifs :)
Endroit très calme et la plage n'est pas très loin. Je recommande fortement.
