About this farm stay rental
Large building renovated in 2014 accommodating 4-5 people, having belonged to the local castle and enjoying a large LOFT space of 180m2. Property renovated with materials and regional antiques.
Swimming pool (salt water) of 12x3. 5m. Charming south-facing garden, planted with southern species and enclosed by local stones. Large shaded terrace very pleasant in summer.
The property is quietly located on the edge of a small stone village, 6km from Uzès, a superb medieval town with its well-known market in the region.
The village of Bourdic is renowned for its wines (2 wine properties offer the possibility of tastings).
Lots of walks nearby, including Pont-du-Gard with river swimming and canoeing on the river. The cities of Avignon and Nîmes are located 30 minutes away. The Camargue and its beaches are ~ 3/4 of an hour.
Very pleasant master bedroom with double bed and direct access to the garden (facing south).
A large double bed in the main room with a cathedral living room and wooden beams and an additional single bed. Very comfortable sofa and armchairs.
Large bathroom with "Italian shower", double sinks, heated towel rail and hairdryer.
Tele (Sat.) and WiFi internet connection available.
Kitchen equipped with an American fridge with ice dispenser, traditional oven and microwave, ceramic hob and gas fire. , Plancha 'on the terrace. Dish and laundry washing machines.
Table football, pro 'and other board games are available.
Large indoor and outdoor tables that can accommodate up to 12 people each.
A baby cot is also available.
We do not recommend the garden for children under 3 years old, because of the raised terrace.
Final cleaning is included in the rental price, as well as bed linen and towels and pool towels.
