Enjoy the luxury of the maisonette apartment, which with the internal oak staircase the 1st Upper floor connects to the open top floor. There you can watch the waves of the sea and hear the sea rustling from the cozy attic in a stiff breeze.
The living room contains a comfortable leather couch with many pillows, satellite.-TV and fireplace.
The attached kitchen and dining area is equipped with everything you would expect in a full kitchen.
The bathroom contains a beautiful walk-in glass double shower cabin, hair dryer and washing machine.
A bedroom with double bed and comfortable wardrobe and 2 large single beds with wardrobe on the top floor offer plenty of space for 4 people.
On the east balcony you can enjoy a delicious breakfast in beautiful sunshine and enjoy the evening twilight with a glass of wine on the west balcony.
All rooms have underfloor heating - heating, electricity and water are of course free of charge.
For the little ones there is a high chair and a baby bed that can be used free of charge.
In addition to the 4 sleeping options, a baby could sleep fifth in the cot free of charge.
ATTENTION The price for apartment cleaning is € 50
is collected by the caretaker service on site. It is not included in the rental price.
Laundry packages (bed linen and towels) can be booked on site with the caretaker service.

Die Wohnung liegt ca 2-3 min Fußweg vom Strand entfernt.
Das Auto wird direkt vor der Tür geparkt.
Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist 400 m entfernt.
Für die größeren Einkäufe befindet sich am Ortseingang ein Netto Markt.
Börgerende ist der perfekter Urlaubsort für ruhesuchende Urlauber abseits der großen Toristenzentren wie Warnemünde oder Kühlingsborn.

Lage direkt am Strand war super, die Enge zu den anderen Häuser hat uns nicht gefallen. Die Sauberkeit lies leider zu Wünschen übrig. kostenloser Parkplatz vor der Tür....super!
Kommunikation + Check in hat toll geklappt. Leider gab es auch keine Wäschepakete.
