The gîte is almost entirely on the ground floor (the master bedroom, bathroom, wc and hallway are accessible from the kitchen and living room with 3 steps). Gîte Les 3 Etoiles d'Auvergne is heated by luxurious electric panels and a Supra stove with glass door. The cottage has a private entrance, terrace and garden facing south, with lots of sun and privacy.
Description:
From a spacious hallway you enter such a spacious room where the wardrobe (with a vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board, clothes horse) and a desk with chair are located. Adjacent to the hall you will find a separate WC and bathroom with bath, separate shower, 2 sinks and a radiator (heated towel rail); From the hall you reach in three steps a large kitchen with comfortable dining room, large fridge with freezer, 4 electric hobs, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, dishes, cutlery, pots, pans and others cooking tools; A living room with lounge sofa, 1 2.5-person sofa, stereo with CD / Radio / Cassette, DVD and TV players; A bedroom with two to three 90 x 200 cm beds and large closet. The third bed is located in one of the two beds and is very easy to place next to the bed, creating a large double bed (180 x 200 cm). The same bed is also separately places, which makes this room also well suited for 3 children for example; The spacious master bedroom is accessible from the living room by three steps and is close to the bathroom.
