About this chalet rental
The Chalet des Monts Dore is built on a
Land of 1025 m3, which offers a nice view of the
village of CHASTREIX, located below. From a
Floor area of 120 m2 (93 m2 of living space)
It was completed very recently (2017).
Rated 4 stars by THERMAUVERGNE in 2018,
You will appreciate its stylish decoration
mountain and its comfortable atmosphere.
Less than 5 kms from the ski resort of
Chastreix Sancy, you will enjoy its large
south-facing terrace and its atmosphere
warm and very well equipped
complete.
It consists on the first floor of:
An entrance
A ski room - A technical room
A toilet
A large living room of 38 m2 with
fitted and equipped kitchen, table for 10
and lounge area with corner sofa, sofa and armchairs.
A bedroom with cupboard and sleeping accommodation

A bathroom with shower and furniture

The staircase leads upstairs:
A beautiful mezzanine of 20 m2 comprising
2 single beds of 90x190 and a reading corner
with 2 armchairs
3 bedrooms, 2 of which have a double bed (140x190
and 160x190) and 1 with 2 twin beds (80 x 190)
A separate toilet
A bathroom with shower, vanity unit
and towel warmer
A small library is available to
hosts, as well as a set of board games
and a few DVDs. One of the bedrooms is
equipped with a television, another being
available in the living room with Blue-Ray player.
Electric heating by fluid heat radiators and towel rail in the bathroom
upstairs.
A security deposit check of 1000 euros
is required upon arrival
A cheque for 200 euros as a "cleaning" deposit is also required for
