Only 3 hours from DC, this condo was perfectly situated- steps to the beach and boardwalk. The view from the balcony to the ocean was gorgeous . We had a great time!

Property was in a great location. Steps from the beach and at the end of the boardwalk. Which we wanted, we have two kids 4 & 2 and didn’t want the loud noises from the boardwalk so that’s why we stood a few blocks away from the main boardwalk. Check in and check out process was easy. It looked like The kitchen and rooms were cleaned a while ago they needed to be refreshed. There were cobwebs in corners and on the walls. The tv in the bedrooms didn’t work but we didn’t complain about them, I’m sure they would of fixed them if we asked. The biggest issue we had was there is no ramp for carriages or beach carts to get to the beach or boardwalk. The building doesn’t want you in the lobby with carts so we were expected to go to the parking garage and walk all away around the building with our carriage. Having two small kids this was annoying and a hassle. It’s not a flat short path. It’s long and up a hill. This wouldn’t work for a wheelchair either. We did make a complaint but there was nothing they could do which we knew but I wanted to make it a point that this was hard for us and hopefully they will make an adjustment for the future. Other than that issue it was a great place and location to stay.

Very comfortable and clean condo! Right on the boardwalk and close to all the shops! Could see the beach from our balcony!
