Welcome to your home away from home! Sweet Caroline is the perfect 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom (plus outdoor shower) home for your family to come back to after a full day in the sun.
The location is a dream, especially to those families with young children or older family members. In less than 5 minutes, you are able to walk to the brand new Bonnett Street beach access, Tortugas Lie, Morningview Coffee Shop, Galaxy Golf - Mini Golf, Waveriders Deli, Coffee + Pub, Dowdy Park/Playground + The Spot Ice Cream, just to name a few!
The Bonnett Street bathhouse/access is a rare find in the Outer Banks. It is fully equipped with restrooms, showers, handicapped accessible and mostly importantly, a lifeguard!
Only a block away from the NEW Dowdy Park! There is a great playground for kids as well as summer concerts at the band stand!

This was our second stay, and we were just as happy this time as the first! We stayed with our 5-year-old daughter and our dog, and this home is truly perfect for our family.The house is spotless and thoughtfully decorated. It is stocked with everything you could possibly need. The location is unbeatable- an easy walk to the beach, just steps from the playground and park, and close to so many great restaurants and ice cream shops. It made every part of our vacation easy and enjoyable.Check-in and check-out couldn't have been simpler. Amanda and Mary are exceptional hosts. It is obvious how much they care about their guests and maintaining such a beautiful home.After two wonderful vacations here, we can honestly say we don't have a single negative thing to mention. We can't wait to come back again. If you are considering booking this home, don't hesitate- you won't be disappointed

Home was clean, host communication was great; beach access very accessible with restrooms and showers. Farmers market was a great place to visit at Dowdy Park. Shopping and food all around so location was perfect! Would consider staying again. Great family spot.

The house had everything that you could possibly want or need and was well stocked (spices, oils, paper towels, foil and much much more)!If we had to describe in one word = comfortable and if two words = comfortable AND spotless! The beds were incredibly comfortable and slept very, very well. We felt like we were at home except for there was nothing to worry about....just pure relaxation.The hot tub was luxurious...especially after a long day at the beach....a wonderful way to unwind before dinner.The house is convenient to many shops, restaurants and points of interest - just minutes away. It is also situated very close to the beach - just a quick refreshing walk.Amanda, the property manager, was 110% amazing and made sure that we had everything that we needed throughout our stay. The check-in and check-out process was a piece of cake!Don't think about it anymore - just book it - you found a little piece of paradise in OBX :-)
