The modern and exclusively equipped apartment "Waterkant" on the ground floor with underfloor heating, offers on 95 m² a living / dining area with a fully equipped kitchen (oven, ceramic hob with touch function, dishwasher, fridge freezer, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, microwave and a dining table), two separate sleeping areas, each with a double bed, dressers and clothes rack. �� To enjoy the view! The living room with a view of Lake Krakow has a fireplace, W-LAN, leather sofa with bed function, which can be used as an extra bed if required, coffee table and a 43-inch smart TV.   The bedroom 1 is equipped with box spring, backlight on bed, dresser, clothes rack and blinds. Here you will also find a 32 inch Smart TV. The second bedroom has two single loungers, which can be converted into a double bed if required.   The fully equipped bathroom has a walk-in shower (1.10 mx 1.20 m), bath and toilet. Also a guest toilet is available. In the separate utility room there are washing machine and sauna, which can be used by both apartments. The house has Internet access in all rooms. The outdoor area offers a terrace, garden, carport, barbecue area with barbecue, garden furniture as well as a private jetty and jetty. The entire house is equipped with modern underfloor heating. The apartment has a fireplace, so you have it warm even on colder days. For late risers each window can be completely darkened with an exterior shutter. In the bedrooms are insect screens.
