Enjoy the view!On two floors with 90 m² of living space, the house has a living / dining area with a high quality kitchen (ceramic hob with touch function, large microwave, extractor fan, fridge freezer, dishwasher and plenty of crockery) and a large comfortable dining table with 6 chairs. A flat screen TV, fireplace, coffee table and 2 comfortable leather sofas complete the decor. The bright, spacious bedroom on the ground floor has a double bed, bedside tables with reading lamps and change-over switch on the bed, electric heating and a spacious wardrobe with ample storage space. A second bedroom can be reached via a bright, open wooden staircase on the upper floor. It has three single beds, one of which has a pull out bed. Wardrobe, bedside tables, electric heating and a table with three chairs are available. However, the highlight of the upper floor is an open, cozy reading area with a view over the entire lower living area and the light-flooded windows overlooking the lake. The modern bathroom with two sinks, walk-in shower / WC, towel warmer and electric heating completes the living area on the ground floor. The entire ground floor is completely tiled and the upper area with wooden floor. Enjoy! The newly designed outdoor area offers a large terrace with garden furniture, barbecue facilities, carport, parking and a beautiful view of Lake Krakow. Due to the attention to detail and high-quality equipment, entering the holiday home creates an immediate holiday feeling at the beautiful Lake Krakow. The holiday home sleeps up to 6 people and has a living / dining area and fireplace, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The special feature of the holiday home is the completely glazed gable, which floods the living area with light and sun and allows the view to Lake Krakow.
