The 70 m² spacious semi-detached house Amsel (left) offers enough space for up to 4 people on two floors.   Ground floor The spacious living and dining area is equipped with an open and modern kitchen and a fireplace, which invites you to a cozy get-together. In the living area an extra bed is possible. The kitchen has an oven, 4-ring ceramic hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, microwave and plenty of dishes. In the light-filled living room there is a cozy living area (an extra bed), dining table with chairs and flat screen TV, telephone, free Wi-Fi access and radio. A guest toilet is additionally available.   Upstairs Here are the two bedrooms, equipped with a double bed and two separate beds, wardrobe, sideboard and reading lamp on the bed. A modern bathroom with shower / WC, bathroom furniture and hairdryer completes the upscale amenities.   The entire apartment is equipped with a modern heating system and underfloor heating.   The outdoor areas offer a terrace with plenty of seating, sun loungers, awning and barbecue area, a lawn, bike rack and carport for a car. The spacious double holiday house, newly built in 2015, is located in a quiet outskirts southeast of Lake Krakow. In the immediate vicinity are restaurants, boat rentals for a fee and a natural beach.   The two, each 70 m² large, family-friendly non-smoking three-room house halves over two levels, offer plenty of space for up to 4 people. An extra bed for 2 more people in the living area is possible. Holiday comfort in the basement offers a spacious living and dining area with living area, a modern kitchen, fireplace and a guest toilet. The entrance and the terrace access to the living area are at ground level. Upstairs there are two bedrooms for 2 persons each with a modern bathroom. The windows have electric blinds and manual insect screens.   The house has a furnished terrace with awning, garden, barbecue and boat dock with rowboat.
