After several years of loving renovation, the beautifully renovated holiday home is only available to our guests.
The apartment with over 80 m² combines the charm of old times with the luxury of a modern apartment.
Our bedrooms are furnished with comfortable double beds.
Bed linen, towels, hair dryer and everything for the baby are provided by us.

We had such a great stay at this location, we are a group of students that were traveling to Munich for Oktoberfest, and this was a great property for this. It was a very easy check-in and check-out process as well as a quick walk to the train station. Only complaint was the long commute to city (around 30-40 mins and up to 2 hours after the festival), but that is pretty standard for Oktoberfest weekend. Would definitely recommend!

The apartment is located 10 min (walk) from the lake, adjacent to the town’s school and 300m to the next grocery store.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor (US: 3rd floor) of the building. No elevator. The place was clean and in working order. The furnishing is basic and contemporary. The space consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a joint lliving room/ kitchen. The kitchen contains some very basic utensils and seats 3 at the counter. A fourth chair is available but will not fit. The skylights brighten the space. A pullout couch in the main space offers limited seating to sit in the living space.
During our stay a log home was built next doors on the owners’ lot. The workers live in the apartment downstairs and use the trash bins for construction debris. , (the landlady alerted us to the fact that construction took place several days after the booking was final). Work went well into the evening 6:30pm and stated again 8am with two chain saws causing deafening noise.
The landlady was friendly, but made clear that the complaints about the extreme noise was not an issue she considered.
