In Geretsried-Gelting, only a few kilometres from Lake Starnberg, the holiday flat "Gelting" is located on the 2nd floor of a well-kept house. The light-flooded apartment with its own entrance offers 98 m² of living space. It consists of a cosy living room (with a pull-out double bed and a sofa bed for 2 people), a very well-equipped, bright kitchen with a dining area, one bedroom (with a double bed and a single bed) as well as one bathroom with a bathtub. The apartment is ideal for 2-4 people. There is, however, the possibility for additional people to sleep on the double sofa bed in the living room and a single bed in the bedroom, so that a maximum of 6 people can be accommodated. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, fans and satellite TV. The accommodation also offers board games, children's books, a cot, a crib and a highchair, which makes it particularly child-friendly.
From the living room and kitchen you reach a private balcony with a view of the well-kept garden. The south-facing balcony with mountain views is accessible from the kitchen and a large west-facing balcony is accessible from the living room. Surrounded by high hedges and beautifully landscaped, this accommodation provides guests with a real feel-good atmosphere. In addition, garden furniture and a sunshade are at your disposal so that you can spend pleasant hours in the fresh air even on very warm, sunny days.
