About this house rental
Our popular vacation home, “Antdorfer Gartenglück,” is located in the Pfaffenwinkel region and offers plenty of space for up to 9 people across 100 m². You can look forward to comfortable, charming accommodations featuring a private garden, a tiled stove, and more. Discover Upper Bavaria with its many attractions, activities, and scenic hiking and biking trails.
The “Antdorfer Gartenglück” vacation home in detail:
Our vacation home is located in Antdorf, Upper Bavaria, in the Pfaffenwinkel region, and is surrounded by hiking and biking trails featuring stunning mountain views and diverse scenery. Located south of Lake Starnberg, there are many excursion options and numerous activities on land and water for all ages.
Spread over two floors, the vacation home combines cozy Bavarian decor with modern comforts, providing the perfect setting for a relaxing vacation for two or the whole family. The private garden with old fruit trees invites you to relax, and the east-facing terrace is ideal for a sunny breakfast in the garden.
Sleeping: The first bedroom, with its lovingly painted double bed (1.85 x 2.00 m), invites you to dream. The matching nightstands, mirror, and chairs complete the ensemble. The large closet offers plenty of storage space. The second bedroom, with a double bed (1.45 x 2.00 m) and a single bed (0.90 x 2.00 m), can accommodate 3 people. The sofas in the living room and upstairs can each be used as additional sleeping spaces (each 1.40 x 2.00 m) for four more people.
Hallway: The spacious hallway upstairs can be converted into a comfortable sleeping area with the pull-out sofa featuring an extra topper mattress (1.40 x 2.00 m).
Living/Dining: Surrounding the cozy tiled stove, you can either relax on the sofa or enjoy a convivial gathering at the dining table on the corner bench. Thanks to the smart TV and game collection, you can spend many wonderful hours in this room even when the weather is bad.
Kitchen: The kitchen is equipped with a glass-ceramic cooktop, range hood, electric oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, electric kettle, coffee maker, and toaster. At the cozy Jogl wooden table, you can enjoy your first cup of coffee or tea of the day while looking out into the garden.
Bathroom: The bathroom, featuring a double sink, bathtub, shower, and toilet, is beautifully flooded with light thanks to the three large skylights.
Outdoor Area: The garden is exclusively at your disposal. Enjoy the garden while barbecuing on the patio, or make yourself comfortable in the shade under the old apple tree.
Near the front door, you’ll find your own parking space on the property.
Other: The spacious entryway with an adjacent restroom also offers plenty of room for a stroller, ski gear, etc. A washing machine is available in the basement.
