The vacation home has a large panoramic terrace, ideal for relaxing, and two verandas on the front with sea view and high fireplace on the back, which invites to nice barbecues. A natural garden, on which the bedrooms of the lower floor face, surrounds the house. Quiet location in a residential area of villas surrounded by greenery. An ideal place for those who long for relaxation. The peculiarity of Costa Paradiso are the small rocky coves that form pools with crystal clear and pure water. The famous sandy beach of Li Cossi is only 1.5 km away. Available in the vacation complex: emergency medical service, night watchman, ATM, diving center, bar, mini market and restaurant. The house is an ideal starting point to visit the most famous places in the north of Sardinia. The characteristic Castelsardo with its dominating castle is about 30 km away; from Santa Teresa di Gallura (30 km) you can take boat trips to the archipelago of La Maddalena (50 km) and the beautiful Costa Smeralda (75 km), or even reach Corsica. The house extends over two levels. 1st level: access from the street (with covered parking for 1 car) to the large living room with fireplace and access to the terrace, dining room with access to the terrace for outdoor dining overlooking the sea, kitchen with exit to the terrace at the back with high barbecue and outdoor sink, guest toilet. 2nd level: (down) from the living room on the first floor, sleeping area with three double bedrooms with access to the garden, double bedroom with interior window (facing the stairs) but with opposite window opening onto the garden.
