Beautifully decorated multi-level vacation townhome is an end unit located in one of North Bethany's premier bayside private gated communities sitting on a peninsula overlooking the Indian River marina and bay! Spacious floor plan includes 4 bedrooms plus a den which can be easily used as 5th bedroom plus 3.5 baths with plenty of room to spread out and relax. Two master suites each with Jacuzzis easily accommodates 2 families offering all the comforts of home including central air conditioning, full kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, 3 TVs, DVD, WiFi and charcoal grill. The kids will love the ping pong table located in the garage or riding one of the bikes left for your enjoyment! What a wonderful long weekend in Bethany at this property with our family! House was super clean, spacious, great decks and views. We enjoyed the pool and morning walks along the inlet and even to the beach! Would definitely stay here again !

Place was great. Long & Foster was not. We were here for my sons wedding. We had to check in late (bc they couldn’t get us in before the rehearsal at 5) do at 10:30 we had no linens for sleep. There was a rude hand written note of the frig saying to clean it out. Broken kitchen drawer and blinds were broken. When I dropped keys off L&F was neither helpful or friendly
