This Luxury Beach Cottage is an adorable and affordable getaway located directly on the beach and is 5 min from the long stretch of vineyards and farm stands. Enjoy kayaks, stand-up paddle boards, and floats. Everything you would possibly need for a wonderful stay at the beach.

The home's large patio doors open onto the warm sand, with lounge chairs, outdoor dining, a gas grill, an outdoor hot and cold shower, and non-motorized water toys ready for you to enjoy. We are pet-friendly here on the beach so bring your furry friend's leash and get ready for some nice, long walks on the beach.
This is a 1 bedroom home that has a queen bed, a large sofa and a full bathroom, that sleeps up to 3 people including the sofa. You also have access to the boat or vehicle parking.
When you book a getaway with us, you will have WIFI and TV. Many of our homes also come with kayaks to keep adventure close by. You are free to explore local destinations including the vineyards for wine tasting, farm stands to support local growers, a close-knit beach community, and nature reserves to explore. A 5-star restaurant is just across the street and 5 minutes away as well as the Hamptons, Greenport, Montauk, and/or Shelter Island.

Seasonal Availability of Outdoor Amenities
Please note that all outdoor amenities, patio furniture, grills, and other exterior equipment, are typically stored away between Columbus Day and Memorial Day. If you have specific questions regarding these amenities, feel free to reach out to us for more information.
If you are looking for multiple homes that are close by for additional family and/or friends please inquire! We have many other beach homes within close proximity.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- The primary renter must be at least 25 years old.
- There is a standard pet fee of $200 per pet, per stay. An additional $100 may apply for dogs that shed excessively. (Only 1 dog is allowed, not more than 30lbs)
- For stays over 21 days, please note that any extra utility costs beyond the initial charged amount are the guest's responsibility.
- For reservations of 29 nights or more, a refundable deposit will be collected prior to arrival. Our Team will reach out for further details upon booking.

- Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100%.
- Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.

We loved our stay at this sweet beach cottage. It had everything we needed for our comfort and the management company, especially Debbie, was the best I have worked with. The sunrises and sunsets were amazing and we could see the water from the cottage. Kayaks and paddle boards were available. Important to note - the couch and bed were very comfortable. Looking forward to renting again.

I absolutely loved my luxury beach cottage! It was everything I needed exactly when I needed it most. Being that I was staying alone for business purposes that were very stressful, the cottage was a respite of solace, comfort and fun.

Our month-long stay in this Beach Cottage was delightful. The location is right on the beach with a view of the Long Island Sound from the front door. The bedroom, living area, kitchen, and bath are comfortable for one or two people. A short walk away is LaPlage, which is a first class restaurant with casual dress code. Nearby are other restaurants, shops, and wineries. One of the property managers lives next door and both of them are friendly and helpful. They provide beach chairs, Adirondak chairs, kayaks, stand up paddle boards, floats, and even fishing poles. We love it so much we have already booked two month-long stays for 2022.
