Great property! Was exactly as described and we had an excellent time celebrating my daughter’s 21st birthday. Close enough to walk everywhere, and far enough that it was quiet and peaceful at night.

Perfect for a couple or small group. 1.5 blocks to the beach and right around the corner from a farm stand/market. Nice charcoal grill, patio and small backyard. Would stay again.

The process of renting last minute was easy. The house was cozy. Good size for a family of 5. Location was great.
