When we came onto the property, it was a little confusing because it was on the weekend and we did not have our keys yet. We wanted to see where the property was and check everything out and walk down to the beach to see how everything was arranged. We could not do that because we did not have keys, every door going into and out of the building has a door lock. The office attendant, Erin, was amazing! She explained everything and gave us some ideas of where to hang out for a couple of hours before we could get our room key. She suggested we contact the host and see if we could get in early. I did that, but we did not hear back from the host before our normal time to check in at 4 o’clock. When we came into our room, it was clean and very homie and comfortable. It was definitely big enough to fit four adults comfortably. There were many linens and everything we needed. Including beach supplies in a closet outside the room The bed slept so well. I am a very picky sleeper. I usually require a 3 inch mattress topper to even dream of sleeping through the night, but We did not even need it. The view and the XL balcony was amazing! The sunset was as pretty as we had seen in the advertising on line. I rented a private boat to take shelling while I was there and to be honest, we found more shells on the beach and around the jetty, in front of our condo than on all of the 10,000 islands that we went to! The one thing that was a negative at all was the actual metal key.

My wife and daughter stayed for 6 nights. The first thing I noticed was the great view from the balcony. I also noticed that you could feel the sand on the floor when we arrived so I don't think that the vacuum that the cleaners use is that powerful. There were two coffee mugs and some very small coffee cups. One of the mugs had a crack in it so it was leaking and we threw it out as it wasn't useful to anyone. Now down to one large coffee mug for the rest of the week between 3 coffee consumers. The king bed was in terrible condition. I think it must have been two twins pushed together as there were distinctive sags and a big hump between the two sides. Another disappointment was there were no decent cutting knives, just some paring knives and no garlic press, and no baking trays. I thought the unit had its own laundry machines but they don't. There are commercial coin operated machines down the hall. It wasn't a problem but renters should be aware of this. (I may have missed it in the listing details.)
