Welcome to Paradise. This condo is in Cape Marco which is Marco Islands most prestigious complex. This a 3-bedroom 2-bath Gulf front unit located in Merida building' and as soon as you enter it you are drawn to spectacular Southern Views. Not only are directly on the Gulf but you have views of the 10,000 Islands, Caxambass Pass, birds watching, dolphins playing, Swimming pool, fishing pier, and endless sky's. You can literally spend hours on the balcony because there is so much beauty to take in. The condo is clean, updated, and extremely comfortable. It features a full kitchen, 2 king beds, dining room, wet bar, large balcony, the living room has plush leather furniture, and has 4 flat screen Smart TVs Including a 70" in the living room. It is a perfect getaway spot and once you have settled in that's when the real fun begins.
Once you enter the security gate you are greeted by beautiful fountains, lush landscaping throughout, and even the building lobby has unbelievable views. You have your own Clubhouse/Tennis center. it has a full gym, tennis & pickle ball courts, social rooms, and sauna. The Merida building has its own private pool & patio located right on the Gulf. It has a huge fishing pier with ladders to your own tiny private beach w/ great shelling. When you want to go to the real beach it has a path that is filled with the most breath-taking views and there are benches to sit and take those views in. You have a private entrance to Marco's desirable South Beach, but I assure you the walk is as beautiful as the beach itself. This has everything the "Florida Lifestyle "has to offer.

We had an amazing time. The condo is so nice and the location is perfect. Morning Sunrises are beautiful on the balcony. Daily dolphin and stingrays jumping from the water were great! The beach is a very short walk! I cant wait to come back and stay here again!! I highly recommend this condo!!!

Marco Island has been our family vacation destination for over a decade. First time renting at Cape Marco. The condo was clean, modern and you can’t beat that view!!! The only downside was the ongoing construction. We knew the pool would be closed, but it was not disclosed that construction would be happening right outside our unit. The noise woke us up in the mornings and made sitting out on the balcony unbearable. That being said, it was a very beautiful condo in a great location and we would rent again next year.

We loved staying at Merida. The view from the condo can't be beat!! The only problems were that we went after hurricane Ian. We were told the pool was not working. But the dock and boardwalk were out of commission also. And there was no safe way to get to the beach behind the condo. And LOTS of construction going on in various units around us and the complex grounds. All results of the hurricane.
But we still loved our piece of heaven for a whole month and can't wait to return!!
