Hight-View on National-Park and Manuel-Antonio Bay

It was everything that the pictures showed. The view was perfect in location was perfect. The host Laurent was really friendly and very attentive.He gave us ideas along with other customers were very friendly.There is a supermarket right around the corner for items that were not furnished. Such as sugar, spices, Kleenex, and shampoo.The bedding was very comfortable. The furniture was not comfortable as previous reviews.It was close to everything and Uber was picking us up right next door.I would suggest to fly to Manuel Antonio instead of drive because it is a long way the traffic. We flew back to San Jose and it was much better than the drive there.

The location is excellent. The place was clean. The view was fantastic, and the monkeys playing on the balcony were an absolute highlight of the trip.

Great location very convenient to everything we needed.

The pictures make it look like this is a 3 floor property but it really has 6 floors. We were on the bottom floor which from the pictures we thought was at pool level but in reality it was 3 floors down below the pool. So you walk down this stairway down down down to the basement. We did not have a balcony, we had a concrete patio and an uncut small yard. While the views on the website were beautiful, ours while still pretty, was just a fraction of that because we were so far down. Because the property is built on the side of a hill, the view from other windows was just the under structure of the house. The sign at the place says "7 bedroom, and 2 bedroom". It looked like the top 3 floors (that you see in the pics) were one unit (7 bedroom), then the other floors were 2 bedroom units The beds were comfortable. The living area furniture was awkward, with a small couch and no table inside, but we ate outside every day and we too busy to lounge anyway. The kitchen was stocked at an ok level. All we cooked was breakfast though. We ate out a lot. There are a lot of restaurants in walking distance. The location worked for us. It is in town, so walking distance to restaurants and stores. We walked to the beach the first day but never again. It took 25 minutes and the terrain is hilly. We drove the short drive the rest of the time. Overall, the property was fine, I was just disappointed that I didn't get the unobstructed view I was anticipating.
