About this house rental
Location Location Location! This is a private gated community of 4 houses located exactly between Manuel Antonio national park and the town of Quepos. It is 3-4 minutes to either. It is on top of a nice sized hill and there are several ocean views on the property. There is a public bus stop across the street that can bring you to the Manuel Antonio national park and beach cheaply if you don't want to drive, and there are tons of coffee houses and restaurants within walking distance!

Pictures show a bedroom, front room and kitchen, but when we arrived we realised the front room had been removed and been replaced with more beds, and was not a room with both the beds and living area. This would have changed our mind on booking this place, as we were a big group and needed all the common space we could get. Also wasn't clear we had the only the top floor and not the whole villa, as well as the pool being shared.
Location was good though, and staff were friendly.
