About this villa rental
Welcome to Casa Reel In. This 4 Bedroom Villa with Ocean Views, large swimming pool is ideally suited for large families or 4 to 5 couples, as it can accommodate up to 8 to 10 people. The Villa provides a personal concierge, to assist you with booking the best excursions, at the best rates; organizing transportation, as well as other arrangements, so you can focus on enjoying your vacation to Costa Rica.
Private parking for 1 vehicle. If you bring more than 1 car, there is parking outside of the house. The neighborhood is a friendly vacation rental community.
Located at the top of Manuel Antonio, 1,000 feet above the beach, and the maddening crowd, of course, provides beautiful Ocean Views. But that's not the only advantage of being at a 1,000 feet. Every day that the sun shines, it creates a predictable "on shore breeze". As the air heats up, it rises, creating a vacuum, which sucks the cooler ocean air onshore. Sitting out on one of the 3 private patios, adjoining the various bedrooms, is a wonderful vantage point to view the ocean, while enjoying the cool, refreshing sea breezes. The sunsets are often spectacular, as the evening sun seems to sink into the ocean.

Imagine being able to simply inform the Villa's concierge that you and your friends would like to take a little private cruise, aboard a Luxury Yacht, down the scenic coast, to a beautiful Jungle Bay, where over cocktails, or wine, you marvel at one of the spectacular Sunsets. Watching the sun as it appears to sink into the ocean, after filling the horizon with gorgeous hues of pink and red, is a wonderful way to end a day in "Paradise".
And, if you'd like to experience the thrill of "Reeling in" a really big fish, the owner's Luxury Yachts provide First Class Luxury Sport Fishing, with their other company, "Reel In" Luxury Sport Fishing. Please advise your Concierge of your desire to fish, as their's is the number one company in Quepos, and the boats are usually booked, sometimes way in advance.
Our guests receive top priority, at special rates, but we can't guarantee space, so don't forget to book early.
The home's architecture is interesting and affords up to 4 couples with an usual degree of privacy. The two buildings are connected by a bridge, making access from any the bedrooms to the living room and dining room, quick and easy. Just ask the troops of monkeys, which regularly visit the house. They can often be viewed right from your bedroom, as they leisurely stroll across your veranda, onto the bridge to the main house, and then back into the jungle.
The Villa is ideally located just 2 blocks from one of the best Super Markets in the entire Quepos, Manuel Antonio community. They carry many imported items, not typically found in local Costa Rican grocery stores.
If you don't want to take your car to the beach, and waste a lot of time searching for a rare parking place, the local bus is just one block from the Villa, and the short, 2 mile ride to the beach is still just 50 cents.

Could not have had a better time staying at this property. Clean house, enjoyed the pool, great restaurants within walking distance. The bus stop is maybe a 2 minute walk from the property and makes the beach and the national park very accessible. We would stay here again.

The house was perfect for a group of friends. So much space. Two buildings around a great pool. Lovely views. And close to the beach and the National Park.

First, this property gets a 10/10 for location, convenience, space, and value!However you should know a few things before booking:1) layout - 3 of the bedrooms are in a separate building that require you to walk across an outdoor hallway. If you have small children, this may not work. We have 4 children and we made it work but probably would not recommend for families with small children.2) amenities - this is not a full service all inclusive house. It was very clean and the kitchen had all the cooking stuff you need (pots/pans, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, blender, etc). However, you will need to supply everything. Bathrooms are clean but you need to bring shampoo etc. This was not a problem for us (especially with a grocery store 2 blocks away). has washer/dryer - takes some time but works well.Location- amazing! halfway between quepos and MA park. you can walk to a large grocery store and a couple of nice restaurants. If you get to the grocery store early, they have fresh baked baguettes every morning! The location alone makes this worth it.Comfort - great pool to enjoy the hot afternoons, nice AC in all the rooms, saw lots of monkeys and birds from the house. Felt very safe and peaceful.Bonus boat access- we booked a sunset cruise for our family with Mandel the host and it was amazing! definitely recommend going through him if you are interested. Communication - excellent communication with Mandel before and during!

The home was large and the pool was great but there are issues.No written instructions for the homeNo soap/shampoo provided in bathroomsFurniture was not comfortable. Not a single comfortable seat. Living room couch was like a church pew with one inch padding.No salt/pepper or any basics to cook with
