About this apartment rental
Beautifully appointed condo in North Conway Village, NH. A great relaxing getaway. The condo has a beautiful view of Moat Mountain from the deck- a great place to BBQ or have drinks and relax even in the snow. The front deck has views of Mount Cranmore - see the night skiers under the stars. Great hiking and walking trails on property, too. Winter brings downhill skiing at the many nearby resorts including Cranmore, Attitash, Brettin Woods and Wildcat. Cross-Country skiing and snowshoeing are nearby as well. Then come back and relax with a fire in the woodstove. In summer enjoy hiking, biking, tubing, swimming, kayaking, canoeing and relaxing. Storyland and Heritage New Hampshire are less than 15 minutes away. There are many golf courses in the area including North Conway Country Club and Hale?s Location, both public courses. And of course, there is fantastic shopping all year round. Also, enjoy an assortment of great restaurants located nearby.

Communications with Ann-Marie were smooth and she was great overall. One addition to the property I didn't see in the photos is there is a great entryway/mudroom space that was very handy for all our gear. We were concerned the kitchen might be small, but it's got plenty of space and everything we needed. We were provided with info the day before we arrived that said the walls are thin so we should maintain quiet between 10pm-7am. We ultimately won over the downstairs neighbors who had concerns about noise when they realized we were considerate neighbors. We had a wonderful stay. The wifi was sufficient for one or two people working plus a device on Netflix. The A/C in two of the bedrooms was just enough to supplement on the few occasions when it was hot enough to need it. One of my favorite things was coffee on the deck looking at the view in the mornings!

Very clean and comfortable condo. Just as advertised. Layout is very nice and owner is easy to work with. Everything needed to enjoy your stay in North Conway.
