The second floor bedroom offers a queen bed outfitted with sea-inspired bedding. It has a bathroom with a combo bathtub/shower and a private balcony facing the Gulf and open expanse of green in the open field across from the community. Perfect for curling up with a good book, it offers a couch that folds out to a queen bed for extra friends to stay. This is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day/night. There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.
