Marvelous!

We liked what we did see even a playground as toys for kids were there. All things you needed in the kitchen were extraordinary! Nothing to complain. The hosts were very kind even we didn't meet them personally. By phone it was convenient and very kind. Really to recommend this place and their hospitality!

Good but could be better. Needs more attention to detail.

Location was great. Near to all Normandy Landing Beaches which was the point of our visit. Good off road parking.

We were in Unit 1. While everything you need for a comfortable stay was there, the place showed signs of being tired; especially the kitchen. The lighting was very poor making reading at night impossible. Towels in bathroom are threadbare. A dead garden by the front door is not very welcoming.

Clean, fresh and cozy in a small pleasant village!

Very clean and tidy! Well equipped kitchen with all things you need. Everything was very fresh and well maintained. Cozy! Nice with a separate room for washing machine and dryer. The dryer extra plus! Good parking spaces and quiet stay even if others lived next door. Not in the center of the village or at the ocean but just a minute drive to it and food stores. Lovely place!

It was simply wonderful! Can’t describe the feeling of peace in this place, it was like back in my childhood when I used to go to my uncle’s farm, play cards with my cousins.. all of that really close to the beach! It was lime a dream and I highly recommend :)

Excellent accomodation thoroughly recommend.

Location was perfect as we were touring the D Day beaches and this was well placed. Property was spotlessly clean, good parking and roomy. We are a married couple and made use of Carrefour about 1 km away.

The duvet was far too heavy for summertime, so we simply took it off and just used the duvet cover. WiFi was a bit slow but not a real problem to us at all.

Great location for visiting the beaches.

The rooms and decor were really nice. Host was very friendly, although wasn’t able to be present when we arrived.

Had to make all of the beds after arrival. Rules posted for cleaning requirements prior to checking out were more than expected. Although cleaning fee was included in the rate, the list of required items (sweep floor, take out trash, strip beds, take glass to city recycling location) were a bit excessive when compared to other stays.

Perfect location, beautiful house

My teenage son and I stayed in the upstairs apartment of this gorgeous home for 3 nights in August. It is a beautiful space with everything we needed and more: 1 bedroom (queen bed), 1 comfortable futon, toilet separate from the shower/tub bathroom, kitchen with all appliances, dishes, cleaning supplies, washer & dryer, toys & games for kids/families, reading materials. 7-minute walk to the port, where you can admire the water, walk on the beach, buy local produce from daily farmers market. Grocery store and gas 5 minutes away. Grandcamp-Maisy is between Utah Beach to the south and Omaha Beach to the north. Mont-Saint Michel 1.5 hour drive. I wish I could’ve stayed at this house longer.

Very well equipped kitchen with everything that you need, very nice design and details of the house and the apartment, clean, good location 5 min walk to the port. Nice port village, fish market every morning. Some nice restaurants, boulangerie, around 20 min by car to the nice sandy Omaha beach and historic attractions.

The sleeping facilities are a minus compared with the rest which is very good. One small bedroom with double bed and a sofa bed in the living room but not comfortable for 2. So not really suitable for 4. Also this upper floor apartament has a closed terrace outside taking the stairs so not easy to be used. View to the nice garden but not able to use it as the access to it is for the 2 apartments on the ground floor.

Klidná lokalita do 15 minut od přístavu. Prostorný apartmán se zahradou a venkovním sezením. Kamenný venkovní gril. Místo na parkování na pozemku.

Pouze drobnosti: Vysoko posazená toaleta s málo místem. Dvířka lednice drhnoucí o zeď. Plastový průhledný "ubrus" na dřevěném stole.

Un super weekend sur la côte Normande

Logement de qualité, parfaitement équipé, propre et très confortable. Idéalement situé pour se rendre sur les sites du D-Day, le logement est enfin situé dans une commune dotée de tous les commerces nécessaires tout en étant à la campagne.

Advies, geen slaapbank maar een echte bank. Huis is goed ingericht voor 6 personen, de bank voor 2 Laad station kan eigenlijk in deze tijd niet ontbreken.
