About this house rental
The holiday home is furnished in the typical country style. The property is also popular due to the view of the forests and the quiet hillside location at the edge of the forest. Available for shared use: lawn for sunbathing, barbecue facilities, garden furniture, and campfire site. Sauna for 8 people with shower area. Furniture relocation within the property possible for a fee of 30 EUR.

Your holiday house consists of 3 floors, 12 rooms (from which 10 bedrooms), is 200 sqm and can accommodate up to 29 persons. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with electric heating. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room with fireplace and lounge. Dining room with dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 29 persons. Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Kitchen with dishwasher, electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 4 plates), oven, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. 2 Separate toilet each with WC.
1st floor: Bedroom as intersecting room and with 1 double bed. 3 bedrooms each with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. Bedroom as intersecting room and with 4 single beds. Bedroom with 1 double bed and 2 single beds. 6 bathrooms each with shower and WC.
Top floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed. Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. Bathroom with bathtub and WC.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

It is a mountain lodge, the furnishings are not new, but practical and complete. Access is via a road (asphalted). In winter, snow chains are mandatory. Parking on the property.

Alles da was man braucht, perfektes Domizil für eine große Gruppe die keine besonderen Ansprüche stellt und einfach nur die Sportlichen Angebote der Umgebung genießt. Grill und Feuerstelle vorhanden, Küche gut ausgestattet.

Wir waren schon zum 2. Mal zum Familientreffen hier, dafür ist das Ferienhaus gut geeignet. Ausreichend Platz im Haus - und ausreichend Bäder und natürlich auch genügend Platz zum Draußensitzen.

Für größere Familientreffen, Freundestreffen bestens geeignet. Sehr ruhig und schön gelegen, ein typisches Riesengebirgshaus - sehr stimmungsvoll. Dieses Haus wird uns wohl wieder sehen.
