About this house rental
The stylishly furnished townhouse CASA ALEGRE is located in a small, quiet side street, only about 2 minutes from the plaza, very centrally, in the middle of Soller. CASA ALEGRE was furnished with great attention to detail. You enter the well-kept, stylish, bright town house through the Entrada, in which there is a fireplace and comfortable seating. A small staircase leads to the kitchen with fireplace and dining area for 6 people. 2 large bedrooms with bathrooms are on the 1st Floor. Via the attic with its large living area with another fireplace, you can reach the beautifully planted roof terrace with deck chairs, dining area and view of the Tramuntana Mountains. In the basement there is a utility room with washer / dryer and another bathroom with shower. On the level of the utility room, a door leads into a planted, small patio with a fountain and other seating. We look forward to welcoming you as our guests.

Lovely old town house, well equipped and really close to shops, restaurants and great walks. Also not far from the beach. This was our second stay. In particular we like the roof terrace with mountain views.

Sóller is a beautiful little town. We had some days at the beach at the port and there are some lovely walks in the surrounding hills. This house is very well located, so close to the main square in Sóller where there are plenty of good restaurants. The house itself is a lovely place to be. There’s an airy sitting space on the top floor, a roof terrace with fantastic views of the mountains, and on the ground floor another sitting area which is cooler on really hot days. Two really nice bedrooms. All with lots of character. The kitchen, and the house generally are well equipped - we had all we needed for our stay. There’s a really good supermarket just round the corner. We would highly recommend it.
