The house, garden and pool are absolutely stunning, very clean and all beautifully renovated. It's all very quiet and private, with stunning views of the mountains.
The instructions to find the property were terrible with out of date pictures and no mention of the long path to walk down to find the way in. It would have been nice to have had some of the basics to arrive to, even just a bottle of drinking water in the fridge (as in all the other places we have been to) as check in time is when all the local shops are closed. There were just some coffee pods that didn't fit the coffee machine.

Very quiet and private
The garden with pool was wonderful
Inside had lots of space and all necessities were available
Very hard to find (info from owner is incomplete/outdated)
Cannot drive to property (3min walk at a minimum)
Parking hard to find (had to park up to 10min away)

Le logement est vraiment très agréable. Et le propriétaire est très disponible pour vous renseigner.
Il est situé près du centre ville de Soller, et permet d'y accéder an moins de 10 minutes à pied : parfait pour profiter des petits restaurants et du coeur de la ville.
Pour les cyclistes, idéal pour accéder aux ascensions mythiques de Majorque : Sa Calobra, Col d'Honor et Puig Major.
Le seul petit point négatif est qu'il n'est pas si facile de garer sa voiture à Soller. Mais un parking est proche du logement, et avec un peu de patience, on obtient une place à 3 minutes de la maison.

Maison avec jardin située dans le village de Sóller, calme et cadre agréable avec tous les orangers et citronniers autour.
Très bonne réactivité des propriétaires malgré la distance.
Très déçus lors de notre arrivée car la maison avait été mal préparée : piscine verte et pleine d’algues, herbes hautes, cendriers non vidés et poubelles pleines…bref une vraie déception par rapport aux photos et au prix.
Difficile voire très difficile à certains moments de garer la voiture.
