The apartment is comfortable and close to city center and concert halls. We had three of us in our party. There is a large bed and an air mattress or couch, not a double futon as stated in the description. It is ideal for two people, more if they don’t mind sleeping on the couch.

The apartment is perfectly located for seeing the attractions of Vienna. They are either a few blocks away (Karlskirche and Opera) or on the nearby underground lines at Karlsplatz or a nearby tram on the Ring..
There are nearby restaurants and bars. The street is quiet after 2200.
The apartment was clean and everything works but needs to be updated. The toilet is in a tiny room. The bath has no shower curtain.

This apartment was a short walk to the Vienna Inner Ring. The tram and subway traversing the Inner Ring will take you to the museums, palaces and other places of interest. There is a supermarket and many restaurants within a short walk of the apartment.
The apartment is not n the second floor and the building has a small elevator. My wife and I had a nice stay at the apartment. The apartment does not have A/C and it does have 2 fans.

Apartment was exactly how it was presented on VRBO. Eva had informative materials for us.We felt safe within the building at all times. The rental was clean and all appliances worked properly.It was very easy to book. Eva and Michael responded quickly to our request.Coffee, bakery, cafes, restaurants, very close, within minutes, and Naschmarkt was only 2 blocks away. Major plaza with various options of public transport only a 5 minute walk. So close to the city center you can walk every day.Eva and Michael gave us many suggestions as to where to eat..coffee, bakery, lunch, dinner, sweets.We will again be staying at one of their properties in 3 weeks.With all its pluses I recommend a visit to this rental while in Vienna.
