About this apartment rental
The apartment is in a very quiet location between olive trees at the end of a private road. A rental car is recommended. 5 minutes drive to the shopping center, bars, restaurants and the sea with the wide sandy beaches. Ten minutes drive to Marbella.
The house is elevated next to the Santa Maria golf course. There is a green fee discount on the golf course for guests.
Elviria is the ideal starting point for tours of Andalusia, e.g. B. 2 hours to Granada, Seville or Cordoba.
The apartment conveys absolute privacy and has a large bedroom with double bed and fitted wardrobes, living room with television, WiFi, kitchen and bathroom. All rooms (including bathrooms) have views of the mountains and the sea. The large southwest terrace is furnished with loungers and a dining area. From the terrace you will get into the garden and to the big pool.

I had a fantastic time in this beautiful property!Everything was perfect from beginning to end. All amenities were available and working, the host is lovely and helpful. The view made me feel grateful every morning Will certainly come back.

We could not have hoped for a better place to stay! The property is truly stunning and we could not believe how breathtaking the views from the apartment were!The apartment itself very spacious with a fully equipped kitchen and very comfortable bed.The host was super friendly and we really enjoyed the conversations we had and cannot wait to be back.Thank you,Radu

This was a last minute booking. We looked at the reviews after we had booked. It was very hot whilst there and air con was important to us. Listing states air con however it is only in the bedroom. There is a fan in the lounge. This is ineffective. Temp in lounge was unbearable even with doors open. Needs air con in lounge. Very basic utensils in kitchen. Large black ants invaded at night and clearly is a known problem. There is an cctv camera above the bedroom door that leads to the veranda so it felt like we were being watched. Also noticed after the first night a camera in the hallway that looks onto the bedroom and bathroom. I had to cover it up. Felt uneasy. There is a sewage treatment plant below the property and you can smell it and it is the view from the property. The private pool is in fact shared with the owner. You have to go down some dubious steep steps with no grab rail and follow the path round to the front. So owner has full sight of you. Not private. Owner was welcoming. There is a connecting door between the main house and the flat. Can’t be locked from flat side. You could hear all voices and daily noise from the house which meant they could hear us talking I assume. Bed linen is old looking. The whole place could do with freshing up. Patio area is uneven and stones loose. Sunsets are great. Sea view is not really all that good as it is to the side. Owners windows look right onto the veranda. All in all, nice owner. Dateted villa which smells.
