About this apartment rental
Elegant, light-filled Marbella apartment with stunning sea views and a sunny south-facing terrace. Enjoy pools, fast WiFi, workspace with monitor, 55” Smart TV, IPTV & aircon. Minutes from top beaches, golf, restaurants & family activities (4-min drive). Secure parking, fully equipped kitchen & laundry. Baby cot & highchair on request. Perfect for relaxing summer getaways or winter sun escapes.
We will not be at the apartment it will be for your exclusive use.
We are closely involved in ensuring our apartment meets our guests needs and are hands on owners. However, due to changes in Spanish tourist accommodation regulations we have an apppointed local professional manager. Our manager has been known to us for some years and is excellent. He will be available to your during the booking process and your stay. Nevertheless, as we always want our guests to have the best experience possible we are also happy to hear from you.
Elviria is the most sought after area of Marbella and due to the geographical location, position of the beach we have the advantage of more daytime hours of sunshine than other parts of the coast. Nestled in Unesco protected cork and pine forest we love the white sand beaches, warm sea and views of Africa. We enjoy the beach bars (churingitos), local family activities and the restaurants and cafes. There is an excellent selection of golf courses including the beautiful Santa Maria Golf.
The apartment and dedicated parking space is for the guests' private and exclusive use. Our guests have access to four communal pools and gardens which are rarely busy.
An elevator is available from the car park level to the apartment level.
There is a lifeguard at the main pool during peak Summer months. Pool hours 11am to 9pm. The large main pool is normally only open during Summer Season - Mid June to Mid September - due to local regulations. However, the other smaller swimming pools remain open including one conveniently located close to our apartment. Guests are requested to respect the swimming pools, local regulations and the lifeguards instructions.

Nearest airports Malaga and Gibraltar. 30 minutes drive from Malaga airport door to door.
Car hire is very competitively priced. We recommend car hire to make the most of the location and explore Andalucia.
Airport taxi transfer services and local taxis are reasonable and plentiful.
There is an airport bus service between Malaga and Marbella Bus Station, you would then need to take a taxi from the bus station.
We have a very high standard of cleaning.
The apartment has one of the best views and aspects in the complex.

We are in a residential gated community with a secure alarm system.
You will be met or guided in by our local professional manager.
The shops and restaurants are six minutes drive from the apartment, and seven minutes to the beach. To walk it takes 25 to 30 minutes and is uphill on return. We recommend using a car for this property to explore the local area and Andalucia. A dedicated secure parking space is provided for your use. We have a dedicated parking space suitable for an average size car, however, Spanish parking spaces are on the small side. Some of our guests find it easy to park in our space and some not. If you prefer to park in the street there are no parking restrictions. So you have both a dedicated space and street parking options.

Excellent location and views. Secluded and felt safe during stay. Instructions to access apt and how to guide for devices within apt were helpful too. Host was responsive to all communication sent prior to and during the stay.

The apartment is wonderful. Swimmingpool very nice and close to the aptm. The location is only thing we didnt like. Too far from shops and beach. Of course we read about it when we booked but sensed it was near to more shops and restaurants. Also we couldnt use the car parking in the house as we couldnt get out of the car when parked.

We had a fantastic 2 week stay at Celia and David’s apartment. Communication was first class throughout made even more easier with Claire being on the other end of the phone should be need her. I cannot fault the property at all, so much so that the only thing I can think of to improve it would be a spatula missing from the utensils, a spatula? That is all I could come up with.We walked down most evening which is a good 39-25 mins but very easy on the legs and a taxi back from the commercial centre was only €7.The location is very good for exploring the Costa del sol.The pools are very good, the one nearest the apartment is the best one, Very quiet and no issue with sun beds even in August.There is underground parking which at first was a bit nervy due to being quite tight but the neighbouring space is occupied by a very considerate person who leaves enough room.Thank you David, Celia and of course Claire.
