Enchanting Provincetown West End Condominium offering stunning Harbor and Long Point Lighthouse views. Experience the beach just steps away, and indulge in our shared heated pool or private hot tub. French doors lead to a spacious and serene backyard. This rental features 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and accommodates up to 4 guests.
Wireless internet, cable HDTV, washer/dryer, and complimentary parking directly behind the property. The main floor boasts an airy sunroom, an open kitchen and dining room, and a large living room. Upstairs, you'll find two air-conditioned bedrooms—one with a king-sized bed and the other with a queen.
While the second floor is equipped with air conditioning for a comfortable night's sleep, the first floor stays cool through a vent in the upstairs stairwell and the refreshing breeze from the harbor, complemented by ample fans.
The house includes two full baths with showers. One is upstairs off the hallway and the first floor bathroom is off the sunroom.
The bedrooms and one of the bathrooms are located on the second floor. Guests with significant difficulty navigating stairs may find access challenging.
The pool is shared by the four other condo unit owners and is available for use by our guests until 10:00pm. The hot tub is exclusive to our unit.

Everything about our stay was perfect. Eric is a prompt communicator. The house is delightful, spacious and comfortable for one or two couples. Inside and outside is beautifully maintained. Great patio and private hot tub and the association pool and wonderful amenities. We hope to return in the future.

Great space that is close to town with amenities. We were two couples traveling together and the house gave us enough space to easily be together or apart. Loved having a private outside area with patio, grill and hot tub. The pool was relaxing and the neighbors were friendly. Would definitely recommend this home!

We loved our stay at this house during a July week in Provincetown. The house is quite charming with visibly older floors/antiques and beautiful artwork adorning the walls. I recommend reading up on the history of the house, as it adds a layer of intrigue to your stay. We loved the private deck atop the hot tub overlooking the ocean and couldn't believe we could see the water from our front bedroom. The pool is also in a beautiful spot in the backyard surrounded by beautiful flowers among the sound of chirping birds. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed outside of major groceries and (very important!) bug spray.
The only downside to the property is the lack of AC downstairs, as it can get pretty hot in the summer. I think installing some sort of portable AC device (fairly cheap on Amazon) would be a perfect addition to the downstairs. The evenings were pleasant, but it was sometimes uncomfortable to cook breakfast in the hot mornings. The upstairs AC was very comfortable.
I would recommend this charming house to anyone wanting a relaxing stay in Provincetown. The location is great in quiet West End, steps from the Red Inn (restaurant) & Relish (bakery) and a long walk/bike ride to Herring Cove Beach and the action on Commercial Street. You will not be disappointed staying here!
