For your vacations in the heart of Tuscany you will find this large vacation home with private pool and large outdoor area, just 36 km from Arezzo, the city of gold and antiques, and 36 km from the beautiful city of Florence, in the natural environment of the Balze. Dominating position, beautiful panoramic view of the surrounding countryside from the veranda, ideal also for lunches and dinners outside or to relax while reading a book. You can prepare Italian pizza in the outdoor wood-burning oven, which is available in addition to a barbecue. Be sure to visit the fascinating city of Siena (42 km), famous for its shell-shaped main square, imposing cathedral and ancient palaces, or organize a trip to the Chianti area to admire the most famous hills of Tuscany. La maison est un peu sur les hauteurs, si bien que la vue est dégagée, même de la piscine : vignes, champs, carrière. La maison est grande et garde le frais pendant la journée. La piscine est très belle aussi, suffisamment grande pour nager. Quant à la région, bien sûr exceptionnelle. Tout est accessible. Mais rien n'est vraiment tout près. Il est donc nécessaire d'organiser les visites par zone.
