The property is divided into six elegantly furnished apartments, one of which is reserved for the owner. Each apartment reflects a traditional Tuscan rustic style, featuring all modern comforts and a private outdoor space for al fresco dining.
Surrounded by olive groves, guests can enjoy peaceful walks in nature. The villa is also conveniently located near Florence, Siena, and San Gimignano, perfect for exploring Italy’s art cities. For a more relaxing stay, unwind in the garden or take a refreshing swim in the pool.
Distances: the town of San Polo in Chianti with shops of all kinds 3,5 km, Greve in Chianti 15 km, Florence 25 km, Siena 55 km, San Gimignano about 40 km.

Les hôtes, Stephano et Sergio nous ont réservé un accueil exceptionnel. La villa était propre et très fonctionnelle.
Le chemin de terre de 2 km pour arriver à la maison est surprenant le premier jour mais on s'y habitue rapidement.
Bref nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour.
[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] The owners, Stefano and Sergio, gave us a wonderful welcome. The villa was clean and very functional.
The 2 km dirt road to reach the house is surprising on the first day, but you get used quickly.
In short we really enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely great stay!! Wonderful! We arrived late one night so were unable to get any food for breakfast the next day. They went out and purchased and delivered it to us! Great dinners a few nights each week. Will bake and deliver pizza, fresh bread. Convenient location, once you find the villa!
